| Neil Edwards Engineering Director Neil has been with the company since it was formed in 1997 and has been in the dust and fume control industry for 15 years. Qualified to HND/HNC Level as a Mechanical Engineer and trained in Auto CAD, Neil began with a more hands on approach doing service and installation work before taking the role of Project Manager at Airtec Filtration. Last year Neil became the Engineering Director, taking a more active role in field sales and overseeing the general management of the site and personnel. Much of Neil’s time is also focused on the design and engineering of our special project work.

| Hayley Dunlop Business Development Manager Hayley is the most recent recruit to the Airtec Filtration team. Degree educated and against a back drop of 9 years within various customer orientated sales and marketing roles, Hayley worked as a Technical Sales Engineer for the past two years. Her role as BDM entails working with the Engineering Director in field sales and promoting the company through advertising and marketing objectives/campaigns.

| Andy Rawsthorn Project Manager Andy joined us fresh out of technical college 7 years ago as an apprentice/project assistant to Neil Edwards. Qualified as a Mechanical Engineer to HNC Level, Andy developed into the role of Project Manager in 2006. He currently undertakes the managing of all contracts, including procurement, CAD drawing and design, plus installation logistics |  |
| Mike Waine COSHH LEV Consultant Mike again joined us 7 years ago and has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitting, servicing and testing of all dust and fume control equipment. Qualified to NVQ Level 3, Mike has also gained many peripheral qualifications relating to the industry, including LEV testing, Scats, Health and Safety, CAD drawing and mobile lifts/platforms courses.
