|  | C.O.S.H.H. |  | COSHH All our COSHH LEV testing engineers are certified and provide an extensive report that fully complies with HSE COSHH regulations. The report includes actual and design readings with schematic drawings using our in-house CAD facility.
Current legislation require all Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) such as vehicle exhaust, dust extraction and weld fume extraction systems to comply with the requirements of COSHH. Section 9 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) 1999 Act states that "every employer who provides any control measure to prevent exposure of an employee to a substance hazardous to health, shall ensure that it is maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair".
The examinations and tests must be performed at least once every 14 months.
Air monitoring, air sampling and personal air montioring can also be provided at an additional cost.
